In today's digital age, data is the new currency, and it is more valuable than ever. However, with this increased value comes increased risk, as cyber threats become more sophisticated and pervasive. This project aims to help customers reduce their risk profile by safeguarding their data from evolving cyber threats, and regulatory compliance. To achieve this goal, the project focuses on three key areas: threat intelligence, compliance management, and incident response.
In the first area, threat intelligence, machine learning algorithms are used to analyse vast amounts of data and identify emerging threats. This allows customers to stay ahead of the curve and take proactive measures to protect their data.
In the second area, compliance management, customers are provided with tools and resources to help them comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. This includes automated compliance assessments, policy management, and reporting capabilities. By streamlining the compliance process, customers can reduce their risk of regulatory fines and reputational damage.
Finally, in the third area, incident response, customers are provided with a comprehensive incident response plan. From detection and containment, to analysis and recovery.
Throughout the project, customer education and awareness is key focus. Beyond the secondary research, primary research was conducted closely with customers to understand their unique risks and challenges, and develop customised solutions that meet their specific needs. The design were socialised with the stakeholders within the company, and with design partner in the field to iterate and improve.
By empowering customers with a graphical interface to protect and secure their data, the project helps reduce risk profile and safeguard business operations.
