The Graduation Project was provided by TMDA (They Might Be Disco Animals) - the sponsors, which is a Music Band based out of Chandigarh, to provide Creative Video Production for three of their solo songs.
The aim of the project was to make these music videos with concepts and style that are far different from the existing generic pattern of Punjabi Music Industry, driven through critical thinking highlighting the meanings of the songs in the given constraints of time frame and budget.
All three videos are stylised in an entirely different method with concepts specific to the Music and their genre. Specific requirements, according to the Ideas, like different camera usage for visual texture, lenses for Visual connection, lighting to depict the mood and overall feel and look was all meticulously thought to achieve the vision subjected by the sponsors.
My role as the creative head of Video production, involved working through the stages of pre production to its entirety. Sessions involving the lead singers for finalising different themes and genres for each video to handling the later stages of production and post production. Followed by improving their brand identity and management of promotions.
