Sysnopsis

The project centred around understanding sociotechnical systems and how IT and IT service management is a part of it. The study involved mapping history and evolution of incident management and the challenges faced by primary users of the incident management functions. Having identified the impact of products, process and practices of IM on the people, the study involved crafting and identifying areas of opportunities for Atlassian to improve their incident management tools.
