STORY SYNOPSIS: Meena, a 14-year-old girl and her younger brother, Monu, 7-year-old are orphans who got
separated from their parents on Sarai Rohilla Railway station five years ago in 2017. The Smile is a film which
focuses on the journey of Meena working as a rag pickers in Delhi and her struggles as she works to educate her
young brother. After her daily routine Meena goes back to their tent house and cooks afternoon meal and eat
together with her younger brother happily. The story Also shows a slice of life of a rag picker and perception of our
society for a rag-picker.
