Sysnopsis

During my graduation project at API Holdings Ltd, I had the opportunity to work on the Common Cart Discovery feature for PharmEasy, India's Largest Online Pharmacy Marketplace. Collaborating with a team of designers, researchers, product managers, and business analysts, I aimed to improve the User Experience (UX) continuously.

As a designer, I was responsible for revamping the feature to integrate the new service sector, Thyrocare, while maintaining the current user experience. The project began with conducting design research, analyzing existing screens, identifying inconsistencies, and noting areas for improvement. This was a new experience for me, but with the guidance of my peers, I quickly learned the ropes.

After gathering insights from the research, the challenge was to incorporate them into the designs. Through multiple brainstorming sessions with my design team, we analyzed the project from the perspective of target personas and the overall brand strategy. This iterative process allowed us to create scalable and adaptable screens that would seamlessly work on any device.

Throughout the project, I relied on research methodologies and an iterative design process to build a systematic approach. My goal was to contribute my learnings to the evolving ecosystem of PharmEasy and create a feature that would enhance the user experience. This journey taught me the importance of teamwork, adaptability, and the continuous improvement of design solutions.
