Sysnopsis

The Indian government is actively promoting digitalization to enhance access to services and documents in an increasingly digital world. The goal is to transition towards a paperless society. With the widespread adoption of smartphones and various digital devices in India, the government is leveraging this digital infrastructure to offer essential services such as legal documentation, healthcare, and education through apps and websites.
Google has played a pivotal role in India's digital transformation, aligning with its mission to organize global information for universal access and utility. Sundar Pichai's announcement of the $10 billion 'India Digitization Fund' in 2020 exemplifies Google's commitment to accelerating India's digital economy.

Today, there is an unprecedented opportunity to revolutionize the education sector. Traditionally, education systems relied on paper documents that were shared among various stakeholders, leading to extensive administrative processes. The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the digitalization of education, compelling schools, teachers, parents, and students to adopt digital platforms. Service providers have facilitated this transition, offering digital solutions for streamlined parent-school communication. Communication between schools and parents has become a bright spot in the otherwise tumultuous era of education.
Despite India's rapid digitization, efficient service delivery remains a challenge. Several factors contribute to this, including content overload on overcrowded platforms, multiple communication channels, the occasional need for physical presence, information aggregation from numerous sources, accessibility issues, and difficulties in document retrieval and prioritization.

Hypothesis : Indian parents and students, equipped with mobile devices, possess numerous educational documents, such as mark sheets and homework assignments, stored in various formats. However, the fragmented nature of these documents often leads to a loss of context. Furthermore, parents, already pressed for time, struggle to manage their children's education effectively. Multiple device types, including smartphones, tablets, Chromebooks, and smart televisions, further complicate the landscape
