Sysnopsis

The project's primary objective is to address the underutilization of Delhi's tourism potential, particularly concerning the neglect of historical monuments and sites. Delhi boasts a rich historical and cultural heritage, yet many of its treasures remain overshadowed by more popular destinations. To unravel the reasons behind this issue, the project conducts an in-depth investigation.
The research delves into the factors influencing tourists' destination choices, exploring why certain sites remain neglected. Factors such as inadequate information, poor accessibility, and limited digital presence are assessed to comprehend the root causes of this underutilization.
One pivotal aspect of the project is the enhancement of Delhi Tourism's digital presence and user experience (UX). By improving its digital platforms, the project aims to raise awareness of the hidden and unexplored gems within Delhi. Through a comprehensive UX design strategy, the project intends to engage, inform, and captivate users, compelling them to explore lesser-known places within the city.
In essence, this project strives to revitalize Delhi's tourism potential by addressing the issues hindering the popularity of its historical monuments and sites. By enhancing its digital presence and providing an engaging UX, it seeks to shine a spotlight on the undiscovered treasures of Delhi, drawing a wider audience's attention to these remarkable destinations.
